Tomato Sukiyaki
Our innovative tomato sukiyaki starts with garlic and basil-infused aromatics. Onions are seared, then mixed with our secret sukiyaki sauce passed down from our main restaurant.
This dish combines high-quality wagyu beef with selected tomatoes, creating a fresh new take on classic sukiyaki.
Earthen Pot Rice
After enjoying the tomato sukiyaki, instead of pasta as served at the main restaurant, we prepare rice in an earthen pot just for your group.
We use rice carefully selected every month by a 5-Star Rice Meister, offering a complementary specialty dish worthy of its own acclaim.
